WBS - Bottom Water Sampler and Scraper
Copper tube construction sampler fills with oil at first, hits the bottom and falls over. Oil rises to the top and leaves the sampler. Free water displaces the oil in the sampler.
Sampler can also be used to scrape bottom sediment samples and water.
